The Trinity is the Christian belief that there is one God who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We do not worship three gods, but one God in three persons—co-equal, co-eternal, and of one divine essence. Each person of the Trinity is fully God, yet distinct in role and relationship.
God the Father is the Creator, sovereign over all, who lovingly sustains and redeems His creation.
God the Son, Jesus Christ, is the Word made flesh—our Savior, Lord, and the exact image of the invisible God.
God the Holy Spirit is the presence and power of God within and among us, who sanctifies, guides, and empowers believers for holy living and mission.
In the Global Methodist Church, we uphold the historic Christian doctrine of the Trinity as essential to our faith. The triune God is not distant or abstract—He is relational, loving, and actively involved in our lives. Through the Trinity, we come to know the fullness of God’s grace, truth, and power.
